Units interior had a few black marks in both the fridge and freezer that had to be scrubbed to be removed and the door seals were half in and half out on both doors. Compressor/condenser fan a little louder than our previous unit but nothing to be concerned about. Otherwise, it is a good looking side-by-side with intuitive and classy looking controls. Really like the interior lighting and shelving. Did purchase one extra door shelf for fridge. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase.

All good from plug in. It seems to have alot more interior space than old Samsung. Just took awhile to adjust to noise . Not bad just louder than previous.

We just had to replace our LG fridge so we chose the Fridgidaire French door model. It was purchased at Lowe™™s and has all the nice features we needed. It hooked up quickly and runs as good as expected being a new product. We like the style and large capacity and finger print resistant Stainless steel. Hopefully we have better reliability than the previous LG we had.

Nice refrigerator, but the door for the refrigerator size is slightly off, and and scrapes a 'screw' on the bottom supports. Will need to get a repair service to repair. So not satisfied with that, but I do like the side by side.

I am pleasantly surprised by the nice quality of this fridge. The temperature setting accuracy is spot on. The quality and durability of the shelving and the exterior are also top notch. It seems to be much higher quality than the selling price. Very happy with my purchase.

This fridge is a great improvement from my old fridge and it really makes me happy every time I have to get something out of it. I do have a couple issues - the water line that comes up from the bottom of the fridge and connects through the freezer door prevents the vent plate from securing correctly and it just pops out once you try to push it in. The other problem is my ice maker has stopped working about a month after installing the fridge. I have not yet contacted Frigidaire to resolve the issue, but I'm hoping it will be a quick fix.

I bought a Frigidaire several years ago. Never had a problem. A family member bought a different brand at 3 and a half times what I paid. They spent thousands more over the years to have it repaired numerous times and were very tired of that fridge. I bought her this Frigidaire that cost than her repair bills and she is very satisfied now. Never buy a fancy overpriced off brand. Buy a Frigidaire

Love the new refrigerator. Tons of room and such an upgrade from what I had. No problems so far. I would prefer if the ice were bigger for the cubed setting and the water seems to taste more filtered from my previous Brita. Other than that everything has been great. Easy set up.

Much larger capacity than the previous fridge of the same size. Very well laid out and well made. Drawers are better made than similar models. Well lit. It cools quickly as well. We were able to use it not long after plugging it in. Frigidaire name has always been respected as well

I had to have the new refrigerator repaired after only 2 weeks for a plugged up drain in the freezer compartment. It was a manufacturing error but was promptly diagnosed and repaired by Teresa with your repair company. I think a little more testing may be necessary before the units leave the factory. Otherwise, we love the refrigerator and hope it will last as long as our old unit.

I was a bit worried, reading some negative reviews, but find that not a single one of them are factual. This is a really great fridge at a good price point. The three draws in the refrigerator side (two produce, one deli) glide smoothly and are deep enough to hold what I need. The ice maker is wonderful, and belies what some other reviews have said. It began producing ice as soon as the freezer side reached target temp, and cranked out ice regularly, enough to fill the bin a day later. I don't know why some reviewers said it didn't make enough ice. This fridge is quieter than my previous one, which certainly wasn't noisy. It hums quietly, and the only noises come from the ice maker as it dumps the ice and refills the tray with water. I love that the freezer has two drawers, not just one, which really helps with organization of frozen items. They're large enough to hold plastic bin organizers that I'd used in my previous freezer, which help even more, keeping things organized. Overall, I am very pleased with this side-by-side refrigerator.

We purchased our fridge on 10/12/2021, so it is currently out of warranty. In early January of 2025 the fridge began alarming that the freezer temperature was high. We contacted the repair service and a technician was scheduled to check the fridge on 1/17/2025. The technician came and could find nothing wrong with the unit and stated that if it doesn't settle down within a reasonable length of time to call the repair service back and he would come back. After twenty four hours the freezer temperature kept increasing so we contacted the repair service. A technician was scheduled for 1/31/2025, two weeks later. A second technician arrived and told us we had a freon leak somewhere and that the evaporator kit and filter drier would need replaced. This was a $700 dollar repair and it was not guaranteed to fix the problem. He stated that if the leak was inside the cabinet that we would need to replace our three year old fridge after the repair failed. The estimate he provided was good for five days, again this was 1/31/2025. My wife and I decided we would replace the refrigerator until we found an oil leak behind the fridge. Upon further investigation by myself, I found a leak in the copper line near the filter (obviously a factory issue as this was in a solid part of the copper). Because we had such good success with Fridgidaire in the past, we decided to have the fridge repaired instead of replacing it. So, we called the repair service on 2/3/2025, definitely less than the five day decision time. The service scheduled a technician for 2/18/2025 to make the repair. I tried to explain to the service we wanted the repair done but they said I needed to talk to the technician. On 2/18/2025, we got a call from the service technician that he was on his way and that he would need to look at the fridge, determine, the repair, order the parts, schedule a repair date, and that we missed the decision deadline and the discount on the repair quoted would not be honored (it was 3 days). At this point we had been without a fridge for four weeks, no apologies, no promise that this would be resolved in a timely manner. We decided that we would no longer deal with the repair service since I could see it could be another two weeks before a repair that is not guaranteed would be made. Please note, the technicians were both very professional considering that they had to deal with the poor service scheduling.

Where to start? We had three of these refrigerators installed over a two week period: the first was letting cold air out, and the second never cooled down. The third has some quirks (random noises, anything on the back half of the top shelf liable to freezing), but it was at least operating as expected until it stopped making ice. Had the motherboard replaced, and still no ice (apparently the ice maker malfunctioning is a recurring issue for Frigidaire). Overall a very disappointing experience, particularly when we thought we were upgrading by choosing a kitchen appliance brand over the Samsung refrigerator that we were replacing.

The fridge is very well designed. Very simple and efficient. It arrived with the wrong door bins. Frigidaire sent new bins within 3 days, no questions asked. We have only had the fridge for few weeks but so far it has been great.

This is my second unit the first one the doors did not line up and it ran all the time, this one is very noisy and runs all the time the company sent a repair person and they replaced some sensors but that did not make a difference, I have lived with this thing for 3 months now and no change in sound level I am at a point that I am going to buy a different type and brand

I had a previous Gallery Frig and it had some quirks, sounded like a jet taking off when it started, couldn™™t read the front panel easily™¦ This new model has resolved those issues. It™™s working well, is quiet and the changes to the front panel make it easy to see.
