reliable even with user mistakes

At first we blamed the dryer. Error codes telling us rge dryer vent was 80 clogged even after we paid to have it cleaned multiple times and drying performance sucked. Then we found out that most dryer vent cleaning services such.... finally got a guy who went up in attic and took it apart... totally blocked at end of vent near the exit. Dryer worked awesome after vent was ACTUALLY cleaned. Never an error code since. Then 9 months later I was cursing the dryer again as it suddenly stopped drying. Turns out if you run it 90 clogged for years a ton of lint will escape little by little and build up inside the dryer body. This eventually caught on fire and tripped the thermal safety switch. LG DMS Service was knowledgeable took apart the entire dryer cleaned out all the lint and reset the thermal breaker. The safety switch did its job Just ordered an LG Studio wall oven. I hope its reliable too
