I purchased this refrigerator several years ago- One of the worst refrigerators I have ever owned- I have had to replace the compressor 4 times- Researched about this refrigerator it was under litigation and the people won- Poorly designed compressor- However I never knew about this received no compensation- Verey disappointing- My floor was ruined also costing several thousand of dollars to replace and fixed

I bought this refrigerator hoping the door in door was really as good as it sounded. It is better I absolutely love it. It saves time and cool air which means it costs less to operate. It took a little while to figure out exactly what I wanted in the outside door area but once I had that in place it is fabulous. I unexpectedly decided to sell my home and move. My new place is smaller. I wrote to LG requesting that they make this model in a 30-32 width so I can buy another one. That is how fabulous this refrigerator is.

The perfect refrigerator ever. I do a lot of baking and this refrigerator gave me the space I needed. I am so glad I chose this one.

Ive had the refrigerator since 2016 and have had to have it repaired numerous times. It starts clicking and then sends an error code and stops functioning. It is unreliable. When its functioning I like it.

I have had this refrigerator for 2 years and I have had to replace the compressor twice. One of them only lasted 3 months. Google LG compressors lawsuit and you will find out why their compressors suck. Dont make the mistake I made in buying this refrigerator.

My refrigerator is only two years old and the entire inner workings including compressor need to be replaced. The worse part is that you dont have any LG repair companies in my area and you sent me to AE Factory Repair who is the worse company that I have ever worked with and Im 66 yrs old. They dont show and dont call their communications through text dont tell you anything so you are left hanging. Then when you try to re-schedule you place you at the back of the line for another appt. Ive been without a refrig since 12/29. I will never buy another LG product. This is ridiculous for the money that I spent for this product.
