Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.
Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future.
Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies.
It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.
Appliances
can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new
appliances
should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Beware of LG warranty and Prime Time Appliance

BEWARE of LG and Prime Time Appliance LLC. as they failed to fix my refrigerator after 7 visits damaged my wood floor and refuse to repair the damage. Prime Time Appliance LLC was the Certified service provider sent by LG to fix my refrigerator that failed under warranty. Toms team from Prime Time Appliance LLC failed to repair the refrigerator despite coming out 7 times over a 2 month period. Each time Toms service tech assured me that it was properly repaired and would take time to achieve adequate performance. After all of the service visits Tom from Prime Time Appliance LLC not only failed to resolve the initial issue but also damaged my floor leaving gouges from moving the fridge and water damage from ongoing failures in the temperature control system that they were to repair. Tom from Prime Time Appliance refused to address the damage to the floor claiming they sub-contracted the repair work and the sub-contractor was responsible. During the multiple interactions with Tom for the service visits Prime Time LLC never notified me they were sending a subcontractor. Even though Tom from Prime Time Appliance LLC has pushed the responsibility for the damage to the sub-contractor he refused to provided contact information or facilitate a resolution with that individual.
