Horrible Customer Service and Quality of Product

Racks on the dishwasher this is their top of the line dishwasher started rusting out just after the 5 year mark. All three racks now are rusting out and starting to fall apart. Customer service advised that they are only under warranty for 5 years go figure perhaps engineered to rust out at the 5 year mark? and that there would be no replacement or even a discount for replacement of the disk racks. Overall the dishwasher has been good however for a top of their line product dish racks rusting out at 5 years old should not happen. I will not purchase another LG product ever again. Their customer service people were extremely rude both times I called the customer service phone number.

Terrible had to replace it

Terrible dishwasher. We are forced to replace it after the pump died after only a few years. We just replaced our LG refrigerator too after 4 years. I have never had worse luck with appliances made by LG. Shameful level of quality.

LSDF9962ST Review after almost 8 years

No idea what this is 12/5/2022

The Steam feature is nice. I did however need to call for service once and once I replaced the top rack due to rust. This dishwasher is not as reliable as my previous dishwashers and the warranty should be a longer. I would consider LG again but also consider other brands once this dishwasher needs to be replaced

The washing machine lower tray malfunction. Regular slip from the main trail. I had to changed and now LG refuse to change it again. It is rusted and falling apart. Customer service refused to replace it. I do not recommend it given that it cost a lot.
