Would love to offer higher marks but one of the support arms on the drum failed and the repair technician has quoted $674.00 to repair itAnd sadly LG no longer makes this size which was perfect for the space we had it stacked along with the accompanying dryer

Repairs are difficult

Ive had the most difficult time being able to contact the right people and have someone out here to help with my repair. Ive been without a washing machine for weeks now. The repair man has been out twice and Im hoping when he comes back next he will have the right part and itll finally be fixed. Not a good experience.
