Vibrates excessively leaks wont drain properly

We purchased this washer approx 3-4 years ago. The washer has continually gotten worse as time as gone on. The repairman has been out numerous times to look at it and finally a repairman came yesterday and told us we could only wash the equivalent of 3 towels at a time. It will only wash 1 pair of jeans at a time. it will wash about 5-6 shirts at a time. It would take days to do the laundry for 3 people each week. The washer is a 4.3 cu ft capacity which should be about 16 pounds of laundry or so. The 3 towels weight is 4 pounds. This is utterly ridiculous to say that it is because of the weight The basket is so out of balance it has scored the front door. I am waiting on it to implode from the shaking. We have to continually reposition the load within the washer and as soon as it spins it is out of balance again. The washer also will not drain properly we have to continually mop up in front of the machine and it keeps happening no matter of the load size.

Wonderfully efficient washer the first two years

Our old top load agitator washing machine could no longer be repaired so we moved up to a front load. At least it still washes well is very efficient with water and electricity and has many good features which we use. No WiFi which is fine. We dont need WiFi on a washer or a screen on a refrigerator. Just give us an appliance which works well for a couple decades like our old washer. We were very happy with our LG for the first two years but since loads have become unbalanced often and the washer walks around the laundry room. We are on a concrete slab so the floor doesnt shift have not changed the leveling feet and not overloaded our washer yet we worry that the internal drum supports may be loosening or the bearings may be going. Any support from LG? Not really. We are out of warranty so tough luck. Call a repair person. We will continue sliding this heavy washer back into place every time it walks and keep the door to the laundry room open so the walking washer doesnt block the door.

Bst washer but large loads cause imbalanced spin

For the first few years we have been very happy with our LG washing machine. It is much more efficient than our old top loaders spun water out much better to shorten drying times and treated delicates with care. Unfortunately large loads now get out of balance often requiring us to stop the cycle to redistribute the clothes. This never occurred the first few years. Now we have even had it walk almost 2 feet when unbalanced. We are on a concrete slab so our floor has not changed and we checked the feet to be certain that no corners were causing the imbalance. Unfortunately LG customer support had no suggestions other than redistributing clothes and checking the feet. We are now out of warranty so any repair call will be expensive. Why would LG not tell us how to safely open the top to check the tub mountings to determine if they had loosened? We just hope it doesnt blow the door open on a high speed spin.

Worst washer that Ive ever owned

My washer is about 3-4 years old. About 3 months ago it started leaking from under the detergent drawer. Ive had repairmen come and work on it and couldnt fix it. We have replaced parts on it and that didnt fix it. When I say it leaks it takes usually 3 towels to clean the water up. I am now shopping for a new washer and dryer and it wont be a LG
