My control board controls the WiFi stopped working after the one year warranty ran out. I cannot reach anyone at LG to help me with replacement of the part. Customer Service is non-responsive and unhelpful.

I bought this machine and matching dryer in April 2018. The machines cleaning performance is better than any machine weve owned prior. IT should be as it cost about 3 times the cost of standard W/D. No foul smells or mildew and we dont leave door open between uses as our cats love to play in them if we leave open. Heres my rub with these. 1 . At almost 4 years the water pump intermittently fails to drain completely. Weve been able to manage this with the spin only cycle and removing the clothes immediately after it finishes. If you search YouTube several videos show how to replace them. The fix looks relatively easy and the cost is doable if you can DIY. The app doesnt have enough features to make it practical for remote operating or self diagnosis. It states theres no issue with the water pump or drainage. The tub clean function is an excellent monthly feature we use often. Five years later we decided to finally stack the units so we could complete our kitchen / laundry model. Ordered the stacking kit listed in the manual that came with the machine. It does not fit. The dryer now covers all the dispensers because of this. Instructions nd videos are wrong. LG Facebook Support so far has been no help only providing misinformation or asking questions weve already answered. They have no idea what to do and stopped responding for days until I got angry and began contacting the BBB. The support Im using their Facebook Messenger platform. Just today they say they are unable to locate a matching kit and say that these weeks later are commercial units. They arent and refer me to traditional support with the wrong email address. They gave me the email address for commercial displays as in Digital Signage.

This machine is terrible. I have tried every setting possible and none have washed or dried my loads successfully. Wash and dry is the worst thing ever created. 6 hours to wash 4 pairs of pants that came out extremely wrinkled and at least 2 sizes too small This unit was in my home when I moved in and would go in the dumpster if I had a choice. Im in my 30s and washed my clothes for at least 20 years and feel like a stupid bachelor idiot that cant wash his laundry because of this horrible horrible machine. This is terrible

Loved operation of the washer. Problem I had was just at 5 year mark the water pump made noise and wouldnt pump. My problem is not that the washer had a break down after 5 years that was no surprise. Issue I was not happy with is finding anyone that will service it. Contacted LG and so far I have had 3 text messages if unit was repaired. NO other contact and it has been 3 WEEKS
