Dont buy this. Started leaking 2 months after warranty expired. Attempts to get it fixed were exhausting and expensive. Ended up buying a new machine Not an LG.

Had guy George out twice. Hes not the most pleasant person to work with he finally did do something because he couldnt find anything else I was not real pleased with him The guy that came after him seems to know whats going on with the machine parts are ordered but theyre late coming in

I bought this washer about 6 years ago and had no issues. Around 6 years motor went out. 10 year motor warranty is good for the price of the motor only not to have an authorized tech diagnose it or replace it.

Chimes on but no light display and unable to select cycles. Done all the unplugging and rebooting. Nothing works. Now have to pay a service call diagnostic fee and Gullah a new part most likely a circuit board or similar. Im not a happy person. I thought LG was a very excellent brand.

Ive had the unit for less than 4-5 years only used in a household with two people for 7 months per year and it continually leaks water into the tub when the washer is not in use. Im thinking the water inlet valve may be leaking/is faulty. I called the customer support line to help diagnose and they were useless. I also asked for a local LG repair person that did not work out either. So I still have a washer that continues to leak.
