bought the fridge on a whim because i wanted a 4-door flex for some time and this new design seals the deal. fridge functions like it should, though the door is thick, and it will not sit flush if you buy a counter depth fridge. that's the only down side. one glass panel arrived broken, samsung really skimmed on packaging. however, they did send a replacement to me within days.

horrible experience ! i called several times on the day of the installation. no one help. dimensions on this product are wrong. i did lot of research and paid extra for counter-depth one and its 6 inches off and how can i do this to big appliances. i don't want any experience like what i'm going thru now. i took a risk buying latest model without any reviews. doors are so big and its a brand new home with right counter depth dimensions.
