I love the steam feature on the dryer. I tried it for the first time and it worked great. The only negative is that Samsung does not include a long enough connecting hose for US models, which forced me to have to make an additional purchase and go back to the store to do so.

Absolutely hands down the most awesome dryer so quite and we'll built love the 12 cycles. Steam sanitizer is great considering I have pets no more pet hair on my clothes and my allergies are a lot better. I can't wait to see how smart home works with both the washer and dryer.

I have owned this product for about a month. I have yet to use the smart home features but I have used the various settings on the dryer. I like the steam function for getting out wrinkles on shirts and slacks. The sensor dry works great as well just set and forget it. Come back and your clothes are dry no more checking to see if any of it is damp and you need to run the dryer a little longer.

A the end of every load some of the clothing is damp. I have to remember to switch it to "more dry" to get things dry. A pain for a brand new dryer that was supposed to make my life easier.

Love it. Love the color, love how much it holds, love that it works well. Have used it for a couple of months now & have no complaints. I can see how some people might not like the "song" at the end of the cycle, but it's much more pleasant than a buzz. And it can be turned off if wanted. The only thing I would change is to make it easier to customize choices for loads. It can be done, but only in certain settings.
