Ever since I have been using my Samsung dryer for the past few months I have noticed a world of difference between the old and new. I love the size of it as well as the multitude of options i can use to personalize each load and achieve perfect drying quality. My clothes don't shrink anymore and with the "wrinkle free" option i can finish my chores calmly knowing that my dryer will take care of not letting my clothes wrinkle up and will toss them occasionally after the cycle is finished. Simply love the look too, so sleek and modern. I want the matching washer so badly!

You CANNOT adjust the TEMPERATURE

I'm really disappointed in what I consider a KEY function and that is the ability to change the temperature! It has it's automatic settings, but 3 of them set the temp to high, and 2 of them to medium. So if you want to "auto dry" your comforter, it has to be done on HIGH. You're label recommends low....too bad! You can use time dry. Time dry is the ONLY setting that will let you choose your temperature, and of course it doesn't use the moisture sensor. They hide this information in the Specification part of the manual, so you won't find it unless you download and go the the very last pages. I went through Samsung chat with technical service and here's their response. "We at live chat deals with technical troubleshooting information and we don't know about the Internal manufacturing functions of any products." Pictured is page 31 where it talks about temp. There are NOTES on other features that tell you it can only be used with certain functions, but nothing about temperature. Page 48 has the factory setting and what you can and cannot change, the gray one's are changeable, only on time dry. So disappointed I can't even tell you. :(

Super Modern Dryer!

I've had this dryer for about a month now and I must say that I am impressed! What initially caught my attention was the dryer's sleek and modern-looking design. It looks like no other dryer I've ever used and I love that. People have said that it looks like something from the future! Oh, and the capacity is excellent! I haven't used it on comforters yet but I have no doubt that it would fit and dryer them properly. Besides the design, the dryer's performance has been very good. My only hangup is that I haven't gotten used to the steam settings just yet. I've used it a couple of times and my clothes have come out damp. This is probably due to me not using the steam settings on the right type of clothes but whatever the cause it was a tiny bit of a nuisance. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon. Other than that the performance has been excellent. It dries large loads the 1st time which is super handy. If you are thinking about purchasing this dryer, do it! Just make sure to do your research on when/how to use the steam settings.

The dryer looks real nice and works well. The steam cycles are handy for wrinkled clothes. You may have to run a longer time on clothes that have more wrinkles. The sound it plays when done can get a little annoying as it seems long. However, it is easy to turn on and off. Overall I am enjoying this dryer so far!
