Looks great, but...

Having trouble with my clothes not being dry after running them through a normal cycle. Also have the companion washer for this dryer, and my poor wife has banged her head on the sink tray several times (wish it was easily removable), and she's short so she has to stand on a stepstool just to reach the bottom of the washer to get all the clothes out...she actually wishes we had our old set back, but we gave it away when the new ones arrived...and also the android app is a bit buggy; doesn't seem to work for her all the time.

Horrible Machine...will never recommend or invest in Samsung again

Imagine having to replace parts 13 months of ownership and being told sorry its out of warranty. This machine replaced a drier that was 17 years old and still going strong, purchase this and have to go to a laundry mat to finish the job. The drier started making a hellacious screeching sound during its normal operation, progressively getting worse until the inevitable happens, it stops. Broken Belt, and a seized tensioner pulley. Call the vendor and was essentially laughed at, because its was purchased 13 months prior. Who puts assembles a plastic pulley with a metal bushing rotating on a metal stud, this company, that's who. Would not recommend this product or company to anyone, in fact if you read reviews and product guides, buyer beware. Lesson learned now I will do my part to educate society.

Best Dryer Ever

I have never had a cooler and good working dryer! Everything is touch and it even senses how wet your clothes are with a moisture sensor feature! This thing is so awesome ! Samsung is the best manufacturer there is bar none.
