Do I purchase Again?

i never write reviews, but i am sad and desperate for my dishwasher to work. my husband and i built our home 3 years ago with an inlaw for my aging ill father. we purchased all samsung products for both kitchens. my father's dishwasher had to be replaced within 1 year of purchase. our dishwasher broke in the middle of the pandemic. despite my spouse's refusal, i have demanded the same dishwasher or this dishwasher be fixed, so my kitchen appliances match. it has been 8 months without a dishwasher because we have been unable to find another one near us, and we have paid 500 for a repairman to inform us all samsung parts are on backorder. today i found a replacement 3 hours away for 1280.00. if i purchase it the final cost in 3 years will be 2890. do i buy it again?

i did not know when i bought this that it does not have a heater. dishes do not dry properly. it is almost like washing dishes by hand and leaving them in the drainboard to air dry.

Leaks

I owned this waterfall unit just over two years. I am now getting a "LC" error code. Means it is leaking. I had a repairman out who contacted Samsung and they agree that it appears to be leaking at the welded seam. However I have not heard anything back from Samsung and although this type of problem is supposed to be covered under their 5 year warranty, looks like I have to go buy another. Machine cost 850$ repairman cost 200$ and I have a unit that does not work.

BROKEN at 10 months paid $1060.00!

Bought this on 12/08/2017 and paid 1060.00$ . Magnet broken on the waterwall valve so bottom dishes don't get clean and Samsung refuses to replace that part. Don't be a fool like me - this is a known issue. Customer service is pathetic
