Broke exactly 1 month over warranty

Completely dead after very very little use and 1 month over 12 month warranty. When it worked, it did a poor job of venting (charcoal filters are minuscule) . Bought $8000 worth of "premium" Samsung appliances - never again. Instead of adding silly features that no one actually uses, why not actually put that money into making components that don't break after a year?

No kids adult use door is broke poor poor quality. Fan is too loud handle is over high burner of Samsung range no engineering stupid I am a builder will never never use Samsung again not even for my phone I will buy same specs different brand
