Terrible microwave. Bought on clearance from Best Buy. Liked the size and features, however it has a moror flaw that makes it useless. It heats everything on the outside of the rotating plate, The closer to center however it heats less and less until not at all. I can put an icecube in the center and it barely melts while on High. Best Buy would not take back. Tech support at Samsung had nothing to offer except things like rotate your dish or stir your food...

I bought this microwave for an office of about 20-30 people to use. I thought that a Samsung product would last longer than GE, Oster, Panasonic and other brands but I was wrong. Bought it in June 2017 and then this month, October 2018, it just all of a sudden stopped working. Came into the office with no lights or time showing in front of the microwave. The only button that worked was the clock option that allows you to switch between 12h and 24h. Also if you open and shut the door, 00:00 flashes on the screen but that's pretty much it. Tried plugging it into a different outlet with the same outcome. Disappointed to say the least. I am left with upset employees that had to go down the street to a grocery store to heat up their food.

This Microwave had a great full life of only 6 months. It performed so great, it was the perfect size, it was beautiful, it deodorized itself and all was great until one day out of nowhere did not turn on and died. I'm not a heavy microwave user so it's not like I abused it or anything. It performed amazingly for about 6 months, unfortunately it's not that loyal microwave that will last you for years, it's just that cool microwave that will make you fall in love and then leave you. You're better off without him. I don't know if I received a defective one, but just be aware and keep all your receipts for this guy.

I wanted a microwave that was not only a reliable brand (cell phones, tablets, etc) but also worked well and didn't look like something from the 80s. This microwave has worked brilliantly with no problems, and not to mention it was on a good sale when we purchased it. Double win!

Looks sleek and works well.
Wish it would be possible to see through the doors while cooking.
Also, it does have a problem as seen on Amazon reviews that when you slightly open the door, it'll start cooking!

So far the unit has been functional and reliable. However, I am disappointed that the unit does not have a preset or even instructions for cooking white rice. I'm also disappointed by its side ventilation and somewhat larger than expected width. It requires more counter space than I expected for a unit of its size.

I purchased this microwave today, expecting great things based on many positive reviews. Nobody mentioned that you can't see the food cooking through the door. Even though the light does shine during cooking, the door is so dark that the food cannot be monitored. I like to watch at times to avoid overflow or overcooking. While the performance seems okay, I wish the window were clearer.

Researched and bought this microwave based on good reviews. Took some getting used to, but I really like the single knob control. Bought the unit on March 31, 2107. Warranty expired on December 31, 2017. Unit broke today (March 7, 2018). It sounds much louder than before and food no longer heats. This shouldn't happen on a microwave.

Microwave does not slide when opening door. Even Cooking. Love the interior looks clean all the time (even if its not). Love the dial that allows me to do specific times. Wish it had a quick button for Beverages and Pizza. I just use the 30 sec. button and hit it twice instead.

this microwave heats foods compleatly thorough all the way through. some microwaves ould leave a cold spot in the middle of the food- this one does not. it also has some wonderful features- like sensor cook. it is easy to use, easy to clean and cooks/heats foods fast

Nice microwave. It is not too expensive and it is not too small or too big. Easy to operate and works great. Ceramic enamel interior is easy to clean and it does not scratch It has eco mode which is a big plus if you go on vacation. I am glad I bought it. Highly recommend.

This oven is nicely designed and executed in most categories. Clean feature set makes for easy cooking of both simple and complex tasks. Interior lighting is weak and not sufficient to observe food while it is cooking . Rather noisy during operation, not sure whether it is the turntable or cabinet vibrations (?) Overall a good buy that gets the job done.

I like the modern, clean design of the exterior. It looks really nice and isn't too bulky. It isn't the most powerful or fancy device out there, but a good value for the price point. The biggest negative is that the dimensions of the unit are relatively large compared to the cooking space. I would have expected the overall size to be smaller for a 1.1 cubic foot microwave (e.g. outer size versus inner size).

It feels like I'm in the future. Its performance is one of a kind. I also noticed that the beep isn't as loud and annoying as other microwaves. I love that it has a handle. This product heats up the items perfectly. I personally thought it was a bit small, however the design is superior! the size in this product is the last of my worries, I love everything about it. It is also super light!

Our microwave broke and we decided to get a new one . I could not find one that I like. After many stores I found this one at Target . I did not know anything about Samsung microwaves since I never use them before but because the brand has a very good reputation , I decided blindly to go for a Samsung Microwave .

We looked at several countertop models to replace our big built-in, over the oven microwave and space was definitely a factor. This model balances good performance in a not too large size. The ceramic interior is a fantastic upgrade, making cleaning a breeze. Another great feature is the Deoderize button which runs for a 5 minute cycle and helps keep the microwave clean and reduce any lingering food odors. The other feature that we looked for was Sensor cooking that helps cook fresh vegetables and other raw foods automatically and helps our family eat a healthy diet. While mostly a good medium sized microwave, there are some issues, We purchased the stainless model to match our other appliances and the black buttons, which are not illuminated, can be hard to see in a dim kitchen. The controls use a combination of buttons to choose the feature and a dial to change the selection and time. This may not be intuitive to some and there is a learning curve for advanced features. These relatively minor cons are definitely outweighed by the many positive features. For our family,this microwave really delivers.
