This is our first time having a convection oven. I can tell the difference in my baked goods. They brown nice and even and taste so yummy. I can't wait to try a roast. I love how it automatically converts the temperature on the convection oven if you are not sure what degree to set it to.

After a long search, I found this range to replace my 41 year old antique. It is much more efficient, designed well, and easy to use. Design is very energy efficient compared to what it is replacing. Very satisfied with this upgrade.

We have had only one problem with the product since we brought it home and that is when we put the oven in self cleaning mode. It blew out the thermostat. I called Samsung and they made it good with there warranty. The serviceman told me that it happens quite often and that when the oven is in self clean mode to pull the stove out a little to circulate the air around it. I pulled it out a few inches and did the self clean and it worked just fine. We are quite happy with our stove and the service we have received by those that back it up. Would recommend it to anyone.
