good refrigerator and a nice addition to open kitchen due to beautiful appearance. ice dispenser is not the good one. making loud noises and ice comes very slowly also freezer is not the good one to freeze.

ice maker often freezes and have to spend atleast an hour cleaning it every couple of weeks. touch screen doesn't work after an year and now its completely blank, doesn't even turn o. both these issues seems to be very common.

purchased this jan. 15, 2019.. january of 2021 ice maker start to freeze. i was able to fix it until this month of april , ice maker starts to freeze every week. i have to monitor it when starts to freeze, dump ice and put hot towel on the top of ice maker. did all the trouble shooting, nothing help. i read that the ice maker of this is defective and need to be recall. sensor issue!!

we purchased this fridge sept 2018. the ice maker had to be replaced in feb 2019 and again jan 2021. very expensive product to put a defective ice maker that has to be replaced often. we purchased the extended warrenty. once it expires no telling how much a new ice maker will cost. not sure if i will buy anothe samsung fridge again.

Our new home required a counter depth refrigerator and this was going to be our first time shopping for a counter depth. We had found a Samsung full size with all these great features in stores but not impressed with their limited counter depth choices. My wife and I were excited when we found the Samsung counter depth refrigerator on-line. Great flexibility in this four door design. We also like the no protruding handles and bright interior design. Then there is the Family Hub that provides connectivity and more flexibility.

we got this refrigerator to have a flex zone that would allow for soft freeze of ice cream at 23 degrees. unfortunately, as demonstrated by the ice cream soup, it maintained a temperature between 27 and 30 degrees. best buy switched it out for another unit which did the same thing. had a technician from samsung come buy who verified it was running hot but samsung said it was within "specifications" and they wouldn't do anything about it.

We are really enjoying our new fridge so far. There's so much it can do with technology that I'm sure we don't even realize it all yet. We've used bixby often to check the weather or add to the shopping list and love playing music on it and using our doorbell. I like how we can make the dual zone whatever we want (freezer, wine, veggies, etc). I knew we were going to lose a bit of space with the counter depth size but we needed more room at the walkway, so we're learning to deal with it. Can't wait to learn more about this amazing piece of technology!

This refrigerator has definitely been the focal point in our kitchen. it has a beautiful design and the touchscreen is a showstopper. There's plenty of food storage space. The drawback is that the ice dispenser hasn't worked well. The ice comes out very slowly just a piece at a time and the exterior dents easily. It also shows every fingerprint but aside from that it's an awesome refrigerator.

We've had this for about a month and I can honestly say I've never been so impressed with the features of a fridge before. And we have only scratched the surface of what this can do. We actually replaced a one-year old Kitchenaid french door unit because I wanted the flexibility this fridge offers. We started out using the flex zone for wine and beverages and then switched it over to freezer when we had a large delivery coming. Works great. Loving the family hub photo gallery, notes and shopping lists. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to learning and using more of the features. Only real adjustment was that I had never had a counter depth fridge before and had to get used to having less space front-to-back then I was used to.

I love that you can adjust the bottom half to however you like, the screen is amazing. 1 thing that could have been a little better would be the speaker, which it could be louder but other than that everything is great.

I got my refrigerator a couple of months ago. It has been awesome. I love that you can use the flex zone as another refrigerator or a freezer. The family hub is great. It will tell me in the morning what I have on my schedule, the news and weather. I can look at my recipes while I'm cooking. And I can also watch television, make my grocery list, view what is inside, have it remind me when items expire etc. It was well worth the money!!

i got this fridge thinking it would be cool 2 have the familyhub. 2 years down the road the hub is obsolete. kind of like a phone. they just quit making updates for it. it wont connect to my phone/smart things anymore. i've called cs and they said my hub doesnt support the new versions. so i have a fancy calendar and electronic white board on my fridge. it sucks. i've had the ice maker worked on 7x! i've had it completely replaced. it still freezes up and only makes a couple of cycles of ice a day. i have to use ice trays bc my $3000+ refrigerator can't make ice. water always accumulates on the bottom of the freezer. the seal between the freezer and flexzone sucks so the humidity comes thru 2 the freezer. so every other week i have to bang the ice out of the bottom of the freezer

Overall, I love the refrigerator. The flex zone is nice because I don't need the extra freezer space since there are only two of us but a larger family would be able to use it as freezer space. The only part of the design I'm not crazy about is the ice maker/water layout. I prefer separate spaces for water and ice. It sometimes dispenses water when you only want ice the way it is designed.

We bought our frig end of 2018 and we've had constant problems with the ice maker frosting over and having to defrost the ice with a hair dryer. It worked for a while until finally it just stopped working. We called Samsung to see if there was a recall but was told no. They agreed to send a tech out at no charge and he replaced the mother board and so far it's been working. We love this frig but hear there's lots of issues with it.

i have this for a couple of months and it has been a very good experience. The 4 doors makes every inch usable and accessible. The flex zone cooling lets me customize the sections as i like. Only feature i would like is the ability to control water temp from the filter. I like the normal room temp water for drinking. Overall a good investment as the kids get occupied by the tablet and i can stream music while cooking. More apps in the tablet will be welcome.
