1.the folding shelf mount broke as soon as i folder the shelf down.
2.the big produce drawer (in side refrig) doesn't fit in such a way as the front doors will not close.
3. the main shelf (in side refrig) collapses with the weight of a gallon of milk. currently the shelf is held up by a jar of mayo.
the installers told us they don't do the shelfs and that they are customer installs. i wonder why they said that.
currently we're working with home depot to return or exchange this one, wish me luck!

really like the middle drawer in this fridge, great for cans of soda and also keep my coffee in there to keep it fresh, the fold up shelf is a great feature also

I like my new Samsung Counter depth refrigerator and cant believe how much space it has as compared to my old GE refrigerator. The best thing is i can control it via Smart things and not longer need to open the refrigerator to make the temperature changes. The flexzone is the best place to store various kinds of food items and the temperature can be adjusted accordingly. The only cons i see is in the water dispenser area, there is no container to hold the spill and my one day old Samsung already has an issue of water leaking from the water dispenser. 04/13/2020 I spoke with Samsung support regarding the water leak from the dispenser and Samsung told its normal for the first day until the ice maker builds sufficient ice. But while it makes the ice we had to make sure the dispenser opening inside the left door snugs in properly with the ice dispenser inside any gap will result in condensation and water to flow from the outlet. Since then we have dispensed multiple glasses of ice and have not noticed the leak . But i still don't like the way the ice maker dispenses the ice it break them and parts of ice flies around. Also i dont like the noise the refrigerator makes due to the inside plastic contracting and expanding which is strange as this is a new refrigerator and my 9 year old GE never made such noises.

I am absolutely in love with our new fridge. It's a beautiful color. I've never seen anything like it. The size is perfect and it is so incredibly spacious. The middle drawer is a flex zone. We have it as a fruits and veggie drawer but you can make it a freezer if you want. It's so great to have a fridge with a water and ice maker on the outside. No more brita! i also love that it is finger print resistant that is not a feature that I had on my last fridge. I have also connected the fridge to my Samsung Smart Things app and it notifies me when the door is open! so great!

The Samsung itself is just beautiful! The set-up instructions were very easy and user-friendly. The temperature got to it's setting amazingly fast and it has so much space! The color is slightly different than described as it's a charcoal mettalic color (not what I would call Tuscan). But it's beautiful and works well with our stained wood floors and cabinets and our other kitchen appliances which are stainless steel and black. The FlexZone is so cool (need that be said). It's an adjustable temperature drawer nestled between the vertical refrigerator doors and the horizontal freezer drawer and the temperature can be set to varied temperatures so we have extra space to use for cold or frozen foods. The freezer is deep and has a smaller drawer in the top for smaller items. The temperature settings are conveniently located inside the right door and are very clear and easy to use. The water/ice dispenser is nice with gentle touch controls and lights indicating which option is selected. The water comes mess-free. However, the ice makes a small mess if the cup isn't held touching the spot area. Overall I would say this is an outstanding appliance.

I was very unsure of the color of this Tuscan refrigerator! It arrived and I'm in love with the color! The color blends extremely well with my stainless steel colored appliances! There is multiple door shelling units which make it nice to organize your condiments! Space is utilized well in refrigerator, even custom molded shelving units for the door around the ice maker! The water feature has a lock on it so the kids don't go bye and hit the water or ice buttons for fun! The control panel for temps is disabled accessible! Great idea, someone in a wheelchair can access these controls with no problem! The 3rd drawer adjustable divider is nice for holding pop & drinks in place without them rolling around & not taking up space in refrigerator. The freezer has a dividee in the bottom drawer, which makes ir nice for separating meat! We do Chicken on one side & beef on the other side. The drawer hold all other feozen stuff! I highly recommended this refrigerator! The Tuscan color is new and refreshing! Not so "industrial" looking stainless steel!

The Tuscan stainless steel finish is magnificent! Looks like something out of a celebrities home! It is magnetic, but doesn't show her fingerprints. It's pretty awesome, really!
Both the fridge and freezer fit so much more than I expected. The coolest feature of this fridge is probably the Flex-Zone. There's a middle 'drawer' that pulls out with an adjustable 4x4 grid. The drawer can be programmed to optimize storage for meats, beverages, deli, or wine! We set ours to meat and boy howdy, it works amazingly! It kept a package of ground beef fresh and prevented it from browning after being opened for 4 days. In our old fridge, it would have begun graying within 24 hours.
The doors and shelves feel solid (heavy!) and durable, plus it has a 10-year warranty on the compressor! The door storage is a little small on the left side with the ice maker. The right door holds multiple gallons of milk and anything else you need. Overall, it holds the desired temp very well, and the readings seem to be fairly consistent. I really like the size of the ice cubes and the temperature of the water it dispenses as well as the speed that the water and ice are dispensed. I couldn't be happier with this sleek fridge that offers incredible performance in a sleek, stylish package.

I really am in love with this refrigerator it was a time for an upgrade on our refrigerator and I saw this refrigerator and instantly fell in love it is so big but has a great width and height on the inside and outside inside on the bottom you can set the temperature which I love and it's digital it also has the ice and water maker it has another refrigerator underneath Where I usually store wine and then you have the freezer at the bottom which is a big nice size freezer with a sliding drawer in the bottom part which I use for meats and breads I am in love with my refrigerator it was very easy to install I'm very happy with my purchase

We love this fridge. We were a little concerned that a counter depth fridge wouldn't be enough space but the compartments are laid out so efficiently that we have had more than enough. It's so quiet that er hardly notice when it is cooling. The tuscan steel color is a nice deviation from the normal stainless steel color and it really complements our white cabinets well. All in all we are really pleased with both the look and utility of this fridge.

Im so impressed as to how clean and well made this refrigerator is. The outside does not show fingerprints and is made with a nice clean smooth look. The doors open with ease, very little effort with the suction. You open the door and the lighting is not over bearing or too bright especially when you have to open it at night. I love how it doesn't blind me. Many shelves and drawers so that you can stock up groceries for a good couple weeks at least with my family. My children can reach the cooling drawer so I keep their snacks in there and then they do not need to access the upper interior, same with the freezer drawer. There is a drawer I use strictly for them.
I have been notified a couple times about the door being left open by my children and its loud enough that I can hear it but not super alarming. This fridge is new to me so I am interested to spend more time with it and see how well it fits our family. So far I am more than impressed

I love my Samsung fridge just got it today I plug the fridge in running smooth it's very quiet I can't wait to transfer all my things from the old fridge in this one the color is pretty never thought the chocolate color would look so nice . I like that it's finger resistances so when my toddler be in and out of the fridge leaves no marks and the third draw I really love make it easy for my toddler to get in and out of the fridge really easy and it has a lot of space

Samsung refrigerator is truly a good product! I really like all the feature on my 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer in Tuscan Stainless Steel. I'm impressed with this refrigerator because the inside capacity is big, and the water is so easy to setup, because the water filter is already installed. The Samsung fridge offers two settings for the ice cubes, either crush ice or whole cubes. the inside of the fridge is designed very well when it comes with all that shelving. Also I am a wine enthusiast and I can actually set the time so that it holds the right temperatures on the wince bottles.
I did encounter one small problem, in order to adjust the fridge and balance the feet, I had to use a pair of pliers, but other than that I am very please with this Samsung refrigerator.

I couldn't be happier with this well-designed, and remarkable Samsung 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer in Tuscan Stainless Steel! My kids felt in love with the middle storage drawer, because they can easily reach into it, and grab their favorite cold juice, or soda pop, and because comes with adjustable separators, I'm able to place some of their favorite snacks like fresh baggies of fruit so they can grab any time they want. As for me, I was also very impressed with the two storage compartments with humidity control, because l actually noticed how my colds cuts, and cheeses stayed so fresh, and the veggies keep their freshness and did not get stale so fast. Oh, and not to mention the counter space inside this beautiful fridge! It is big, with great counter space depth, and the lighting is so stylish. I also, like that the display controls are located right on the side (inside) of the door for easy access, and with a nice dreamy blue light for good visibility, in which you can see the Fridge temperature, the FlexZone temperature for you deli and veggie compartments, and you also see the Ice maker and water temperature! Oh and it has a Door Alarm, in case you didn't close the fridge doors completely!
Honestly the¬¬¬ Samsung counter depth 4-Door French door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ drawer in Tuscan Stainless Steel is impressive, and I have had no sort of problems with this new fridge. I do have to mention though; if you purchase one of this remarkable Samsung refrigerators, make sure you don't connect it immediately, but let it sit for a day so that the coolant can stabilized just in case the fridge was tilted while in transport. And I do have to mention, the new fridge may come with this funky new smell, so you want to leave the doors open for a day to get that smell out, before you connect it, and prior to placing your food inside, other than that, Samsung really makes great, well-designed refrigerators!

I really love this icebox I must say it came and the people were really nice to come in and deliver it and set it up for me it was super easy to set up this refrigerator is a great height and a nice width Also like that the inside of the panel has a touch thermostat inside of the icebox which is easy to navigate I also like that there is plenty of room and many options to put places like cheese and meats I love that there are two freezer compartments to put plenty of frozen meats and dinners and more the refrigerator part gets super cold which I love and helps the foodKeeps its freshness and less more cold and I love that the freezer freezes food but not to the point of getting freezer burn overall this is a great refrigerator is very easy to use and easy to set up and keep the food fresh and cold for a while.
