This is a nice roomy refrigerator, but the ice is extremely slow coming out of the shoot! I can stand for 1/2 minute just waiting for my cup to fill with ice. If you need ice for a party or to place in a bucket, it will take a couple of minutes. I'm a huge ice lover and this just doesn't fit the bill for me! I have to keep it now, but buyer beware if you use a lot of ice. It's very frustrating!!!

In less than a year, we've had service out 3x to try and fix the icemaker which basically makes frost and ice chips. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to spend $5k on an appliance that doesn't work and get nothing but lip service from customer service reps who won't let you talk to a supervisor. We literally make ice in ice trays!

The Water System: Have run the water through 1st and tossed. Still cannot drink. Any ideas? The Rt door is not flush at the top with the left door. Very light vertical scratches on front door. The freezer door handle came off when I opened. I did fix myself.

I needed to replace my old medium sized standard refrigerator and my daughter recommended that I look at a French door model. So I spent weeks reading reviews and product information until I narrowed it down to 3 or 4 units. I then took several field trips see them at the retail stores. After looking at them my decision was a Samsung French door. I chose the one that does not have the water and ice through the door because I needed the interior as large as possible. I am very impressed with the unit. I have only had it for 2 weeks but I really like the size and features. I especially like the design of the bottom freezer compartment. The drawer slides out extremely easy versus some of the other brands I looked at. The light levels in the unit are very bright which are welcome for these aging eyes. The unit is very quiet and does a good job a maintaining the set temperature. I also like the door alarm as I have two grandchildren living with me at present and they sometimes forget to shut the door all the way. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace an aged side by side. The overall size of this model is smaller than the one it replaced but had much more usable space both in the refrigerator and the freezer. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

The fridge space is AMAZING!! There is plenty of room for all of the different size food items and containers and we love that the shelves can adjust and be taken out! We also love the internal water dispenser as it gives us cold water and it doesn't take up a lot of space like a traditional "in the door" type of water dispenser! The freezer also has great space and it has an internal ice maker that is very helpful with parties! The lighting is fantastic and the cost was very reasonable for this fridge! I would recommend it to anyone who asked!

My wife and I just had our new French door refrigerator delivered on 9/17/2016 and so for so good. We were initially concerned about the excessive noise compliant from other reviewers, but our unit is surprisingly quiet. The refrigerator looks great and provides plenty of room for our family needs. If I had one compliant, it would be the ice maker; not very swift with making ice. The internal water dispenser could be a little faster also, but it's definitely a nice touch.
