Our 2.5 year old fridge is consistently freezing up and water is pooling at the bottom. Both a Samsung rep and 2 family members have confirmed this is a common issue with Samsung fridges. Samsung is denying this issue (search other reviews and it is a very constant issue). Samsung refuses to fix it and is forcing us to pay out of pocket. Will not be buying Samsung ever again. (second time reviewing - first one was denied)

I purchase this refrigerator after doing plenty of research. I had this refrigerator for about six months before it froze up the first time. I read up on this refrigerator and see this is a very common problem with this model. I'm not sure if the ice maker isn't cold enough or just a poor design. Online there is a variety of different homemade fixes. None of which fix the problem. Calling samsungis no help. They basically say they are not aware of the problem. Try unplugging for a while and make sure it has plenty of ventilation. Really! I will probably just keep as an extra refrigerator and buy a new one from a real refrigerator company and not an electronic company

I am so disappointed with the level of service I have received from the moment I got my refrigerator. I have been trying to resolve an issue with this particular refrigerator making loud excessive noise with no satisfactory results from Samsung. I have done all that has been requested of me to resolve this issue and after 9 months they are still continuing to have me try and jump through hoops to get this issue resolved. I am not only dissatisfied with the product but Samsung customer service. I have owned two other refrigerators by Samsung and never had this problem so for them to insist my refrigerator has to adapt to the environment is absurd. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe they will not at least allow me to exchange this refrigerator for another one.

I have owned this product since May 8th 2016. It is quiet and keeps things at the correct temp. The only thing I have noticed is it is slow making ice. Living in AZ in the summer we use a lot of ice. The ice maker will make a loud "pop" sound at different times during the day. Not sure what that is about. Hope it is not going to be a problem. It did not come with a filter on the back as shown. The light at the top inside says filter has to be changed. Will have to look at the booklet to see if it can be turned off. I do like the size. It holds a lot. Deep bins on each door.

this is first experience with bottom freezer, and very happy with it. Also difficult finding a white refrigerator, so this was a plus. Also a first having french doors, a big plus. I am now used to making sure the doors are shut, but like the warning signal if forget! Thus far all is well and am glad I purchased a Samsung, also a first to have an appliance made by Samsung. This product has great features. The side-by-side refrigerator doors allow a lot of room and the adjustable shelves permit me to put various sizes of product in the doors. I love the tone it makes if the doors are left open . The bottom freezer is great for organizing freezers foods with the extra basket that slides to the back allowing for more items to be organized

This refrigerator has fantastic lighting, shelving and door space. Everything has multiple positions both on the door and shelving spaces, which allows you to store all size containers. It is very quiet, other than occasional popping noise once it reaches the temperature settings.

I don't know if one should call a refrigerator beautiful, but it is. I've waited years to buy one and believe me it was well over due, but I'm one that will wait until I find the one I like.. and I did. The refrigerator space is amazing. Looking forward to having a get together knowing I'll have room for all the side dishes needing to keep cool. The freezer compartment is nice as well. I can't believe how quiet it is.. my last one sounded like it was ready to take flight. I would recommend this to everyone!

I like the fridge since I am 6'2", however it is hard for my wife who is 5'4" to see in the top fridge drawers. It would have been a better design to make these drawers clear for people to see into.

The Samsung french door refrigerator is beautifully designed. Love having the freezer in a pull out drawer on the bottom. The french doors makes it easier to access one side at a time so you are not opening the whole refrigerator.

This refrigerator has lots of room... for anything! Very nice refrigerator for a great price. Keeps things very cold. Also love the "power cool" and "power freeze" feature when adding new groceries. I gave the design 4/5 stars due to the ice maker. Once the ice bin gets full, the ice falls behind the freezer drawer. Other than that a great purchase!

This Refrigerator is great. Lots of space. We had it delivered once it was in place and leveled we plugged it in and could not hear it running.Great improvement over our last one. We put it on power cool or turbo cool and in less than 2 hrs it was ready to use. I am not sure how long it took to cool down we left and returned 1hr and 45 mins later. The only thing I would change would be to have a butter tray in one of the doors but that is probably just force of habit. I have not tried the icemaker yet but I like the location of it. The freezer is set up nice with a lot of room and the top roller tray makes things very convenient. The trays lift out for easy cleaning. The lights in the top are great. Very bright interior with a ton of room. Everything from our old double door fit with a lot of space left over. The controls are great easy to read and adjust. so far I can think of nothing bad to say. It is a nice looking unit. The outside finish is very slick and should be easy to clean. So far we love it.

This refrigerator is without a doubt the finest unit I have ever owned and my first french door. I was concerned about the difficulty of removing food from the bottom freezer and the fact there is no ice nor water in the door. Both concerns were unfounded. The old refrigerator had worn seals and ran almost constantly. The Samsung is so quiet that I am sometimes concerned that it has stopped working, but it has been flawless since installation. It has plenty of capacity and many options for altering the shelving to suit different items. The price of this refrigerator was much less than I would have expected to pay. My next refrigerator purchase will be a Samsung.

I was not sure I wanted this style of refrigerator, but after having it only a few days I really am glad I made the commitment to it. I find having the freezer on the bottom very user friendly and it holds a lot of food. The double door feature is great. I LOVE the white color. It makes my whole kitchen look brighter.

This refrigerator exceeded my expectations. When it arrived, my parents asked if they could trade their relatively-new refrigerator for mine since it is so well-lit! The size of the interior is impressive as well. The shelves are adjustable which lets me switch them around a bit as needed depending upon what I am storing. The freezer is very roomy with a lower, 2-compartment drawer as well as an upper 2-compartment drawer for easy access. The digital readouts let you see the temperature of both the refrigerator and freezer. The only small design flaw is that there is no butter garage on a refrigerator door. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase.

My new French Door unit was delivered this morning and upon plugging it in, it cooled to proper temps within one hour. It's quiet and I'm enjoying the Twin Cooling, both the cooling efficiency and the additional freezer room resulting from that design and the LED lighting is great. The freezer door opening and sliding baskets are the smoothest in the business. Two suggestions: 1) the fridge door shelves could have more adjustments and be clear to see small items, and 2) more dividers in the freezer, i.e. to hold glassware for colder drinks. Truthfully, this refrigerator is a treat.

Many reviews said it would be noisy - it's not! In fact quieter than my last one. I do not have the ice maker hooked up (no water supply in that area of the kitchen) so maybe that's the noisy part? I did wish that people had included that fact in their reviews. Very roomy, very bright and a light in the freezer drawer which other brands did not have. It's taller than my last one so items I kept on top of it are now a bit out of reach. I found one on sale at a price lower than other places were offering for the smaller versions. Overall, very satisfied...I'll let you know if it lasts as long as my last one (20+ years). I love the feature that shows the actual temperature in both the fridge and the freezer and have checked them against other thermometers so they are accurate.

This replaced my two door side by side refrigerator which take up lots of space with the ice maker in the door. This three doors has ice maker in the freezer which is very small and hardly take up any space. I like this feature very much. With the freezer in the bottom, I don't have to bend down to get to the fridge. I like this this refrigerator in white better than stainless steel because it won't ding and won't show finger mark. With 25.5 cubic foots I have lots of storages. Overall I am very please , for the values and features.
