We really like this fridge, starting from outside it looks modern and cool. inside it is also roomy and offers plenty of space. The fridge is quiet while it works and on the left side it has the freezer while on the right holds the rest. The filter is easy to change and the fridge lets you know when it needs to be changed. We really like having a smart fridge, can play music or videos, read recipes or articles while in the kitchen. The app is also useful to communicate with the fridge and see inside from afar. There are plenty of functions that we are enjoying and these are just some. Our favorite large, cool and amazing fridge.

one important expected "basic" feature is the sound reminder/alarm on this product is useless! you can set the reminder on the screen but the alarm works on your own phone only!!!! what the heck?!?!? why would i need my phone to do the sound of the alarm if i have this "smart" screen?!?! i could set up the reminder/alarm on my phone and thats it!!!!!! why guys you gonna pay more than 20 hundreds of $$$ for a product with a huge tablet that has only 2g of storage!?!?!?! why you guys would pay this huge amount of money for a product that has "smart" tablet that doesn't let you to install whatever apps you want!?!?!?! i am returning it this week as well as the range that i purchased a few weeks ago!

i am in love with this fridge. absolutely amazing. keeps nice and cold, love that the ice maker is on the door so we have lots of room in the freezer. the fridge part is also super s[spacious. i didn't notice in the pictures i looked at before purchasing that the top "drawer" to hold butter and cheeses isn't a drawer on this fridge but a regular shelf. and i must say i do not miss the "drawer" i love the shelf idea as i don't have to worry about opening the fridge and butter/cheese come flying at me anymore.

Very disappointed in this fridge. For the money it costs do you think they would've put a little more effort into the engineering and design of this. Let's start off with the first problem which is the water hook up line is too short so you will undoubtedly damage it if you forget it's back there without adding an extension before hand. Next to the icemaker is pathetic. Makes ice very slowly and the reservoir is terribly small. There is no light to guide you when you are filling your water at night time. There is no butter drawer at the top of the fridge where are you put things such as butter or cream cheese or other small jarred items. And perhaps the most important and biggest disappointment is none of the shelves adjust so good luck with 2 L bottles or wine. What were they thinking?… For the money you spend there should've been a little more thought put into this. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. If they are comfortable letting this go out to people that I am comfortable taking my business elsewhere. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. So far there is no issues what it comes to the fridge part. Now, the screen is android so... expect crashes and random reboot. I fund myself force rebooting the screen once a week. aside of that is an Android tablet..

As a refrigerator, it has a lot of space and works well. Our digital display "freezes" at least once a week requiring it to be re-booted. It would also be nice to have a light for the ice/water dispenser as the area is dark and cause us to sometimes miss the water bottle spilling water down the front of the freezer.

I bought this refrigerator in June 2020. Well by the end of July the touch screen stopped working. I know alot of people are thinking, "it's just a tablet" well that's literally how you adjust the settings and everything on the fridge. I've contacted Samsung and was on hold for over an hour and they still weren't any help. I didn't get the extended warranty because I wouldn't have guessed i would have these problems so soon after purchase. Please think long and hard before making this 2000$ purchase.

I bought this fridge back in June 2020 after my 10-15 year old Kenmore died. A repairman came 2x and could not fix. The things I liked is the design, kept my food and drinks cool, and the smart features. The things I didn't like were the lack of space in the freezer compartments and some of the fridge compartments. Also, you have utilize 2 Samsung apps (Smart Things and Family Hub). It would be nice to integrate both in 1 app for simplicity.

Since receiving my new refrigerator in June, I have no complaints. I love the size, the roomy shelves and the family hub features. I haven't had any problems with my new refrigerator. I even like the notifications that will tell you when a particular food is about to expire. I also connected our Spotify music library to the fridge, and now have lots of great music to cook by. I do, on occasion, miss the night light that we had on our old fridge that would light up if you wanted a glass of water during the night, but this is not a deal breaker for me. This new fridge far surpasses the old.

We had this for a month. I do love the features an cool technology on it. The only hiccup I would say when closing refrigerator door hard sometimes design is flawed to pop open freezer side slightly. This doesn't set the door open alarm off guessing because its only a crack. This causes freezer items to defrost that is on the freezer door.

I bought my refrigerator back in May, but due to the coronavirus back logs, I had to wait two months to get it. It was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it! The temperatures are perfect, it is spacious and makes kitchen life a dream. The whole family is in love with the Family Hub touch screen, from playing music while cooking to pulling up recipes or just viewing my favorite photo collage, the uses are endless. I have only scratched the surface. Not to mention the priceless joy of ice water with refilling containers. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. If I had to improve on it in any way, I would add another drawer in the fridge and widen the door shelves.

My new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with the touch screen family hub feature has been a nice enhancement to our kitchen and our family interaction. Like any refrigerator, it chills and freezes our grocery items perfectly. However, the Family Hub brings the features we are accustom to using on our smartphone to the kitchen area on a large touch screen with all the same apps, such as Gallery, Spotify, Pandora, etc. You can maintain your grocery list on the family hub which is a tremendous convenience when you use the last of your favorite spices or other recipe ingredients right at that moment so you don't forget. You can write messages to your children on the touch screen or loving notes to your spouse. We love our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with the Family Hub!
