Nice features, but also has balance issues

I like this washer. It is good size, quiet, wifi connectable, and has steam function. Overall, it scores well on its features. However, we have been having balance problems four months after our purchase. Given its large drum, small loads almost always tend to create some imbalance during spin cycle. In most cases it stops and re-balances itself, but there were a few times when I needed to open the lid and manually rebalance/remove some clothing.

Serious let-down for such a Tech-Savy Company

though the site proclaims "quiet washing anytime" and features a baby sleeping in front of the washer and dryer, this is simply false advertising.it is hard to believe that in the year 2020, this machine lacks a very basic, necessary, user-friendly option; to turn the sound off. every time you power up or power down the machine, start or stop, select a cycle, change a feature or take too long while transferring clothes to dryer with the door open, the machine chimes and/or sounds an alarm, which is quite loud. nowhere on the specs does it disclose to potential consumers that you are prohibited from turning off the sounds. the only thing you can turn off is the chime when cycle is complete.

Ourold washer broke and after reading manh reviews, we chose the smart washer for our family. It is a major time saver getting notifications on our phone when the cycle is completed and it thoroughly cleans our clothes. With options such as sanitize, we use very often during the covid pandemic. It also gives us reminders when to clean the barrel, which makes us feel that we will get more life out of the washer with every cleaning.
